Fried trout fillet
400 g trout fillet
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
50 g flour

200 g rice
sauce for fish
dill
1 lemon
salt
Trout fillet rubbed with salt and spices, and let stand for 5-7 minutes. In a pan heat the oil. Fillet roll in flour, put in a pan and fry on both sides for 5-7 minutes. Separately, boil in salted water rice for a side dish, add the finely chopped dill. Serve with rice and slices of lemon.
