Baked with bacon and herbs beef (photo recipe)
1 kg beef (brisket, shoulder blade or shank)
9-12 strips of bacon
9-12 sage leaves (or males, green onions)
1 clove of garlic
5 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. fresh or dried thyme (marjoram)
pepper
salt
In a bowl finish passed through a press garlic, oil, thyme, pepper and salt.
Meat cut into pieces about 1.5 cm portioned thick, rub on all sides with marinade.
Put meat in the form of cooking.
For each piece of meat put the leaves of sage or parsley or chives.
Wrap strips of bacon each piece of meat, preparing baked with bacon and herbs beef for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
