The rolls can be prepared from any type of meat: beef, pork, poultry...
Offer several ways of cooking.

Roll beef.

� Tenderloin (1 kg), cut into thick slices 1-2 cm (if you are not clipping, then try to cut the meat small neat pieces).
� Meat well to repel a special hammer (get thin cakes).
� Prepare the marinade: stakan milk, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar or honey (better), garlic, spices to taste (it will Basil, and cumin, and pepper, and onions...).
� Soak the meat for 12-24 hours.
� To prepare the foil or parchment paper.
� To cook pork fat, cut into thin long strips.
� Remove meat from marinade and let drain.
� On paper, put the meat in the shape of a rectangle.
� Laid roll strips of bacon.
� Tight turn (should be a kind of brick), it is possible even for an hour to put under the yoke.
� Put in the oven for an hour (first on high heat and then slow).

This roll can be served hot, but I prefer iced. Roll well cut thin slices, which speckles appears bacon. It turns out delicious, nutritious, beautiful and, most importantly, naturally!

Roulade of chicken meat.
In this case, all made in the same way as with beef, the only building not pork bacon, and cook the filling on the mood:
1. Fry in a skillet mushrooms, onions and carrots (lay between the meat in two or three layers).
2. Add marinated olives in a chaotic manner, but it's not for everybody.
3. Roasted eggplant, cut into long thin strips, add a little garlic and a lot of greenery, spread layers.

Chicken roll can be served cold or hot. Sandwiches with this roll out rich and delicious.

Roulade of pork.
But pork is better to marinate in the buttermilk. I do everything the same way as in the case of beef, only lay the meat strips of raw carrots and greens.
