1 large chicken breast

1 domestic pork fillet

1 beef tenderloin

1 bunch Basil

1 a bunch of parsley



1 bunch of spinach

1 sweet pickled pepper

the mixture of peppers

Domestic pork loin incision along, to recapture as for chops, pepper and salt.
