Baked fish with horns
500 g fillet of pike or other fish
300 g horns
50 g onions
60 g vegetable oil
40 g cheese
1 bouillon cube
1 egg
1/8 l sour cream
pepper
salt
Boil pasta until tender, adding some salt water, drain water, add 20 g of fat.
Prepared fish fillets, cut into serving pieces 2 cm wide.
Chop the onion rings and fry until Golden, put on a bow fish fillets with pepper and salt, add 1/8 l of water, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
In a greased fireproof dish put a layer of horns, then fish and horns again, pour all the sour cream mixed with 2 tbsp water, 1 egg yolk and bouillon cubes, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
Preparing baked fish with horns for 10-15 minutes, once browned cheese, remove the dish from the oven.
