300 g pulp chicken

200 g pulp pork

0.5 glass milk

0.5 glass breadcrumbs

1 egg



3 Art. l. ghee

For the filling:

100 g butter

50 g hard cheese

2 Art. l. chopped parsley

Mince pork with chicken, egg and add milk, salt and mix well.

Preparation of the filling: combine cheese, butter and herbs, stir and chill.

Formed into small cakes of minced meat, put in the center of the stuffing cakes, combine the edge, to give oval patties.

Breaded cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in melted butter and bring to readiness in a preheated oven (about 5-6 minutes).
