Chicken fillet with prosciutto and mozzarella
700 g chicken
300 g mozzarella
300 g Parma ham
Mozzarella slice.
Make a Chicken fillet "pocket" and season with salt and pepper chicken, put in the center of each "pockets," mozzarella.
Ham chicken wrap.
Roast chicken with Parma ham and mozzarella for 2 minutes on each side, then put it in the pan, pour the juice precipitated, close the foil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
