Salad with figs and prosciutto in Italian
for 2 servings:
2 injini
1 mozzarella (the ball great, wonderful, if Buffalo)
a few slices of Parma ham
salt
pepper
3 tbsp. ol. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. liquid honey

To make the sauce: mix the honey, lemon juice and olive oil until a homogeneous emulsion, pour over salad and serve immediately.
