Traditional Italian salad with harmonious taste. Additional flavor in the dish make shade cherry tomatoes, grilled and elastic balls of mozzarella give a sense of refined ease, aged balsamic - piquancy.
Garlic cleaned, cut into thin slices cloves. Cherry tomatoes cut in half, from garlic plates (2 plates on one half) and fry in hot skillet grill in a little olive oil.
