We need for 4 portions:

4 head of fresh goat cheese

4 bread

4 potatoes

4 vine tomatoes

2 bunch of different varieties of salad

olive oil



fresh greens

salt and spices

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp. olive oil

1 shallot

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of ground black pepper

Razora the oven. Cutting head goat cheese on half, posip dry oregano or other spices of herbs. Put the cheese on the bread and put in the oven for 10 minutes. It should not fry or melt, but only to warm up. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in their skins, cleanse, peeled and cut slices. Razora the pan and pour on it 2 tablespoons of olive oil. In boiling oil slightly objarg potatoes, salt and pepper.

Cooking sauce for the salad:

The vinegar, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Finely cut shallots and vymaqi it in the vinegar mixture. Pour the olive oil and mix as follows. Then put chopped lettuce and herbs, and again mix thoroughly.

The design of the salad:
