Avocado salad with tomatoes (Italian cuisine)
2 * Avocado
2 Tomatoes
100 g * Mozzarella
4 Art. l. * 3 -. black olives, pitted
2 Art. l. *. olive oil
1 h. l. *. balsamic vinegar
Salt, pepper, oregano, basil
* Lemon juice �
Avocado cut in half, remove seeds and pulp portion, sprinkle with half an avocado with lemon juice. Avocado cut slices, tomatoes and mozzarella - cubes, olives cut in half. Mix all ingredients, add salt, pepper, season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Fill half avocado salad, garnish with basil leaves and oregano.
