Light salad with tomatoes, cheese and Basil
400 g mozzarella cheese
2-3 tomato large
1/2 Cup chopped fresh Basil
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
salt
Cut the cheese into thin plastics, tomatoes cut into thin slices.
Alternating, put plastic cheese and tomatoes on a flat dish in a circle.
Mix the oil and vinegar and salt, pour over the dressing tomatoes and cheese, sprinkle with Basil.
Before serving, light salad with tomatoes, cheese and Basil to cool.
