Cod with tomatoes and cheese
100 g cod fillets
4 cherry tomato
1 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. grated hard cheese
1 h. l. chopped basil
salt
Heat oven to 220 degrees.
Cod fillets put on a ceramic dish or form, greased. A little salt and drizzle with oil.
Share on cod fillets cut in half cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and basil.
Sprinkle dish with oil again.
Baked cod with tomatoes and cheese for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
