Although the benefits of regular use squid as food is widely known, and that in stores squid can be bought at an affordable price a long time ago, we eat them not so often: eat mostly salads for the holidays and stuffed squid too often for any special occasions. Recipe braised in sour cream squid
You will need: 200g sour cream, 2 carcass squid, 1 onion, 1-2 pinches of salt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1-2 tsp. ground paprika, 0.5 tsp. of flour.
How to cook stewed in sour cream squid. Cut the prepared squid strips or rings, chop finely onion, 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil to heat in a pan, saut 7 minutes and onions, add the flour, stir, pour the sour cream, stir and bring mixture to a boil. In boiling the cream put the squid, put 5 min with the lid, season with paprika, stir and turn the heat off. Submit squid in sour cream to the table with a side dish.
In this dish, you can add any vegetables - carrots, zucchini, and so on: they laid together with onions and communicated until soft, then added sour cream and squid.
Due to the fact that squid cannot be subjected to heat treatment more than 5 minutes, otherwise they will get tough, all main dishes of them are prepared very quickly!
Recipe braised squid with rice
You will need: 500g squid, frozen or fresh, 2 onions, 1 Cup of rice, 0.5 cups of milk, 3 tbsp butter, 1,5 tbsp flour, pepper, salt.
How to put out a squid with rice. Clean and prepare the squid. The rice until soft boil. Chop the squid and fry 3 min, mixed with rice. Finely chop the onion and skumanich in butter, mix with rice and squid, pour milk, add salt, put the butter, cover the pan with a lid and place in a preheated medium temperature oven, simmer until the rice is cooked no less than 30min.

Recipe meatballs with squid
You will need: 400g squid cleaned, 50-70g of potatoes, 50g of stale bread, 40-50g of butter, 1 egg and the onion ? glass of water/milk, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, bread crumbs/flour.
How to cook meatballs with squid. Soak the bread in water or milk, along with squid and onions cut in a meat grinder, add the butter and grated potatoes, pepper, salt, beat the egg and all beat well. From ground meat molded round patties, roll in flour or breadcrumbs (you may breaded in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs). Fry the patties in a frying pan with hot oil until taromenane.
You can cook these patties in the oven or steamed.

Recipe braised in wine calamari with olives and tomatoes
You will need: 700g frozen/fresh squid, 6 olives, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch parsley, 0.5 cups dry white wine and olive oil ? tsp. black pepper, lemon, salt.
How to put out a squid in wine. Grate peeled squid with salt, 10-15min to leave, then cut into rings. Merge with olives liquid, cut them into 4 pieces, lowered on 20s tomatoes in boiling water, peel, cut into small, finely chop the garlic, parsley. In a pan heat the oil and fry the squid, pour in the wine, add the garlic, parsley and tomatoes, cook until tender squid, season with lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Decorate the dish when serving olives and lemon slices.

The recipe for squid in Chinese with honey
You will need: 500g squid, 1 onion, 1 large bell pepper, 1 stack of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. of honey, vegetable oil, pepper.
How to cook squid in Chinese. Clean the squid, washed, dipped in salted boiling water for 2min, then cut into rings. To heat oil on the pan, put the onions and julienne sliced sweet peppers, 2 minutes and fry until taromenane onions, put the squid, add honey and soy sauce, stir over high heat and fry for 5 minutes, remove from heat and immediately submit the dish to the table.
