Salmon with crispy pasta
300 g spaghetti
240 ml heavy cream
150 ml vegetable or fish broth
6 of green onions
4 salmon fillet
1 sweet red pepper
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
Boil in salted boiling water for spaghetti for 6-8 minutes, drained the water, divide the pasta into 4 servings.
A pan heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, add 1 serving spaghetti, molded from her "nest", press it with a spatula, cook for 2-3 minutes until crisp on both sides. Enjoy the rest of the nest, if necessary add oil.
Cooking sauce: 1 tbsp. vegetable oil preheat a pan, add chopped green onion and red pepper, fry, pour in the broth, the liquid should evaporate by half, add the cream, bring to boil, cook until thick over low heat, about 3-4 minutes, season.
Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, salted salmon fry on both sides for 3 minutes.
On a plate put spaghetti, top - salmon fillet.
Before serving salmon with crispy paste is poured over the cooked sauce.
