Baked cod
450 g cod fillet
1 onions
1 tsp. tomato puree
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Cut the cod fillets into pieces, add salt and pepper.
Chop the onion into strips and fry it in butter, then add the sliced cod, tomato puree and simmer until tender.
Before serving, you can garnish with fried potatoes and garnish with parsley.
