Fish "Indonesian"
600 g fillet of hake
4 banana
3 onions
1 glass rice
1 lemon (juice)
? glass chicken broth
4 tbsp. wheat flour

4 tbsp. spicy tomato sauce
3-4 tbsp. cream
vegetable oil
salt
Boil the rice until tender.
Dice the onion and fry it till Golden, add the broth and the rice, salt and heat 3 minutes, season to taste.
The fish is cut into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt and leave for 10 minutes, then dip it in the cream, breaded in flour and fry until brown crust in the oven.
Banana peel, cut into circles about 0.7 mm thick, fry 1-2 minutes in deep fat.
Served fish "Indonesian" garnished with fried bananas and rice separately is a spicy tomato sauce.
