1 glass orange juice
Rice boiled in 3 cups of water until half. Fried onions and celery in butter. Once the onion becomes golden yellow, add rice, salt, sugar and orange juice. Boil everything on low heat for 10 minutes.
Cooked rice can sprinkle grated lemon zest. This rice is served as a side dish to venison or pork.
