Salad with rice and oranges in Japanese
1 glass rice

For the sauce:
1 yolk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon wine vinegar

Cook the rice crisp, cool. Yolk, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, whisk and gradually pour in the mixture of vegetable oil, continuing to whisk. Juice of one orange dilute with water in the ratio 1:7 (1 tablespoon juice 7 tablespoons of water). In this orange water dissolve flour, boil, and mix with the prepared sauce.
Rice, meat, diced, chopped slices, stir, sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve cold, separately proposing sauce.
