Sausages in the dough in Frankfurt
125 ml water
8 sausages
1 egg
4-5 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 h. l. baking powder
? h. l. soda
vegetable fat
Baking powder and flour to combine, add water and soda, carefully knead the dough.
Whip the egg with a fork, put in the dough, mix.
Each sausage strung on skewers, piercing through not, then, holding the skewer completely dipped in batter cooked, drain off excess.
Fry the sausages in the test in Frankfurt on a deep frying pan filled with oil to a crispy golden brown. During frying gently pull the skewers.
