Soup with mushrooms and barley "Krakono"
500 ml cream
250 g fresh mushrooms
60 g pearl barley
50 g fat
4 potato tuber
2 pea allspice
2 pea black pepper
2 Art. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
vinegar
cumin
bay leaves
salt
Fry on fat pearl barley, bay water, boil until semi-soft.
Add to rump roots, spices, diced potatoes, mushrooms, salt and cook until tender all.
Combine the cream and flour, add to the soup, bring it to a boil.
Vinegar is added to the soup with mushrooms and barley "Krakono" before serving to taste.
