Braised in cream liver with rice
500 g veal liver
1 glass cream (15%)
2 onions
2 bags of rice noodles
2 Art. l. ghee
2 Art. l. butter

Prepare calf liver, cut it into thin strips.
Heat a frying pan melted butter.
Onions cut into half rings, and together with the liver fry in oil for 2 minutes on high heat, then reduce heat to low and add the mustard, sour cream, pepper and salt, stir and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Ready liver turn it out onto a plate and garnish with cooked rice. Put on top of the rice with butter.
