Stuffed with ham, pineapple and cheese chicken
200 g cheese
160 g ham
8 chicken fillet
4 cup pineapple
1 egg
1 glass shredded wheat loaf
2 Art. l. olive oil
white pepper
salt
Cut the ham and cheese plastics. Make a longitudinal section of each fillet, expand it in the form of books, to recapture a little pepper and salt.
On one half put the pineapple slices, plastic cheese and ham, cover the second half.
Whip egg, moisten it and breaded fillet it in bread crumbs.
Then fillet fried until golden brown in butter until tender shall be notified in the oven.
