The skewers on the pan
1 kg the flesh of the lamb (loin)
1 sweet pepper
2 Apple
2 tomato
1 egg
2 onions
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brandy
0,5 glass vegetable oil
1 tsp. starch
red pepper
salt (to taste)
Cut the flesh of the lamb pieces with a length of 3 cm and a thickness of 6 mm
Chop the onions, apples, peppers and tomatoes cut into slices.
Combine lamb with apples, onions, tomatoes, brandy, soy sauce, pepper and salt.
Add the eggs, previously beaten with starch, leave on for 30 minutes
Put on skewers lamb, onions, apples, tomatoes and peppers.
Pan-fried in vegetable oil.
