Skewer beef with ginger sauce
400 g pulp veal
200 g smoked bacon
2 sweet pepper
? chilli
? beam Basilica
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cm ginger root
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
spices (to taste)
To prepare the sauce, finely chop the chilli and ginger, diced chopped sweet pepper, mix everything with vinegar and add 100 g of water, to cook without kryski minutes. Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes
Chop the veal and bacon cubes, pepper, salt and strung on skewers, alternating.
Mix the butter with the chopped Basil, drizzle with a mixture of fat and meat, marinate for 20 minutes
Barbecue on the grill until Golden brown.
Serve with ginger sauce after receiving greens.
