Croutons with garlic and mushrooms
300 g mushrooms
200 ml milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
4 slice bread
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/4 Cup sour cream
olive oil

Egg whisk with milk using a whisk.
Dip in beaten eggs slices of bread on the pan with oil and fry until Browning, put on a plate.
Put mushrooms in the same pan until ready to fry, add the chopped garlic and fry for another 1 min, add sour cream, stir, sprinkle all with chopped parsley.
Put the fried mixture on hot toast, served with garlic croutons and mushrooms for Breakfast.
