Buckwheat with minced meat
200 g buckwheat
200 g minced
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2-3 bulbs
black pepper
Dried celery
salt
Buckwheat, boil in salted water, when buckwheat is cooked, drain the water. In a deep frying pan with vegetable oil fry the onion. When the onions browned, add the mince and fry it, add celery, black pepper, mix well. Add boiled buckwheat. Cook 10 minutes with the lid on low heat.
