Baked with cheese bananas
100 g low-fat cottage cheese
30 g butter
4 banana
1 raw egg
? lemon
1 tbsp. honey
Melt the butter, then combine with honey, cream cheese and egg until almost smooth.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Peel and cut bananas in half lengthwise, lay in a baking pan, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put bananas cottage cheese.
Preheat oven to 220 degrees and cook baked with cheese bananas until Golden brown, about 15-30 minutes, serve hot, with ice cream.
