Bananas and cream
Required Products:
2 pcs. bananas
2 Art. l. potato starch
1 Art. l. powdered sugar
1 glass cream
1 glass vegetable oil
Peeled banana cut into slices 5-6 mm thick, sprinkle with starch and fry in deep fat until golden brown. Remove, allow the oil to drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Separately served chilled cream.
