Potatoes baked with egg and ham
100 g cheese
100 g ham
50 ml cream
4 large tuber
1 egg
1 tsp. paprika
salt
Wash, boil, jacket potatoes, allow to cool, then in half lengthwise, cut each tuber.
Spoon out each half, remove the pulp, leaving a wall about 1 cm thick.
Cut into small cubes of ham, crush the pulp of potatoes and cheese.
Combine the egg and cream, whisking, add the paprika and salt, then cheese, ham and potatoes, stir.
Stuff half of the potatoes cooked mixture, bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes until Golden brown.
Served potatoes, baked with egg and ham decorated with green salad leaves.
