Cutlets "Oat"
1 glass oatmeal
1 glass milk
1 glass flour
1 egg
sugar
salt
Bring the milk to a boil, then pour over the flakes, salt and add sugar to taste and leave to swell flakes.
When the flakes are cool, drive an egg, add 1 tablespoon flour, mix well.
In a separate bowl pour the remaining flour.
Mold of oat dough patties, roll them in agony and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Served meatballs "Oat" with sour cream or jam.
