Cake "Rafaello"
Dough:
400 g flour

100 g sour cream
100 g margarine
2 eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
Cream:
700 ml milk
300 g butter
300 g sugar
50 g coconut flakes
6 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. starch
Melt margarine, combine it with sour cream, sugar and eggs, shake thoroughly, with constant stirring, gradually add the flour, then add soda and baking powder, mix well, remove the dough overnight in the cold.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces, each roll according to the sizes of molds for baking cakes, not greasing the pan, bake the cake at 180 degrees.
Cream: flour, vanilla and sugar to combine, mix, add eggs and milk, stir, bring to boil, stirring, boil for 1-2 minutes, allow to cool.
