Cake of coconut
Ingredients:
200 g coconut - shredded coconut
1/2 glass condensed milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
1/2 glass milk
2 PCs egg
1/2 glass wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder for the dough for the dough
1 tbsp. butter
the fresh fruit and whipped cream for decoration
Egg whisk, mix it with coconut flakes, condensed and whole milk, baking powder and flour, mix everything carefully.
Pour the mixture into a greased form and bake in the oven at 170 �C for 30 minutes.
After cooling, decorate the cake with whipped cream and fruit.
