Sand cake with pineapple
300 g canned pineapple
150 g jam
150 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
100 g coconut flakes
2 glass thick cream
1,5 glass wheat flour
1/3 glass sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
vanilla (pinch)
Mash the egg with sugar, add pre-softened butter, flour, knead the dough, roll it with a layer 1 cm thick, bake the cake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, allow to cool.
Cooking cream: whisk sour cream, combining it with powdered sugar, add vanilla, to lush texture, add coconut flakes.
Cover the cooked cake with a layer of jam, spread on cake cream and slices of canned pineapple.
Before serving, cut the shortbread cake with pineapple into pieces.
