Oat pancakes with bacon
150 g bacon
4 eggs
1.5 glass milk

1.5 glass oatmeal
1 glass water
? glass flour
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 h. l. sugar
1 h. l. dry yeast

Grind in a coffee grinder oat flakes in the flour, pour into a bowl, pour boiling milk flakes, leave overnight.
Pour into a mass of 1 cup of boiling water, stir, add the yeast and sugar and leave for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl beat eggs with salt, add the oat mixture, add chopped bacon, flour, butter, leave for 15 minutes.
The dough should have a thick and poorly spread.
Preheat a frying pan with butter, pour the batter layer about polusantimetra fry oat pancakes with bacon on both sides of the lid.
