Pancakes "Red" (old recipe)

20 g yeast

5 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

4 eggs

3.5 glass milk

2 Art. l. butter

1 Art. l. sugar

1 h. l. salt

Two glasses of milk to heat, dissolve the yeast, then pour the mixture into the flour, knead the dough spatula, remove it in the heat, give it up.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Yolks connect with the rest of the milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, stir and pour the mixture into the dough, knead it again leave for lifting.

Proteins whip, add them to the dough before baking pancakes, cook pancakes "Red" from an ancient recipe on both sides until browned.
