Lemon Pudding

1 lemon (zest)

1 egg

400 g cottage cheese

1 glass yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show

2 Art. l. sugar

lemon juice (to taste)

Yogurt with whip cream cheese, add egg, sugar, zest and lemon juice.

Put the mixture into the molds and bake for 20 minutes.
