Cake with an air corn
500 g cottage cheese
400 g chocolate
200 g cream 33-35%
200 g yogurt

Soak the gelatine in 150 ml of cooled boiled water, 1 hour to leave.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Combine yogurt with cottage cheese, add the juice of 1 lemon, mix well.
Melt the gelatin in a water bath, whip cream with sugar, combine gelatin, cottage cheese and a creamy mass, stir and whisk.
Put the cottage cheese and cream weight on a frozen chocolate, put it in 7-8 hours in the refrigerator.
