Cream of strawberries with yogurt

What you need:

1.5 glass kefir
some yogurt to choose? we'll show

2 Art. l. sugar

2 Art. l. cottage cheese

1 Art. l. zest (grated on a fine grater)

1 Melissa - twig

fresh berries

Curd rub through a sieve, connect with yogurt, strawberries, sugar, zest and whisk until foamy mass. Pour into tall glasses.

When submitting complete your balm leaves and berries.
