Christmas dessert with cookies "bounty"
200 g cookies
100 ml water
20 g sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
Cream:
80 g butter

80 g coconut flakes
60 g powdered sugar
To crumble into a fine crumb biscuits, combine cocoa, stir.
In hot water to dissolve the sugar, gradually combine it with biscuits, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes elastic.
Combine powdered sugar and butter, add coconut, stir. Put the dough of the cookie in plastic wrap, flatten, to put on top of the cream, collapse all the roll for an hour to remove it in the freezer.
