Biscuit with bacon and cheese "Dog Bone"
100 g bacon
1.5 cup flour
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar is better)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Finely chop the bacon and fry until crisp, cheese rub, mix all the ingredients with a mixer, knead the dough.
Wrap the dough with cling film, remove half an hour in the cold.
Floured work surface, roll out the dough, cut cookies in the form of a "seed", put on the laid paper baking pan.
Bake cookies with bacon and cheese "dog bone" in a preheated 190 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until browned.
