Hot appetizer with cream and bacon
200 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
1 egg
To prepare the filling:
300 g bacon
200 g heavy cream
150 g milk
70 g grated hard cheese
6 eggs
3 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper
salt
This Christmas snack will be pleasantly surprised of all household and guests.
Butter cut into cubes, combine the flour, stir, then add the egg and 1-2 tbsp cold water, knead the dough, remove it in the fridge for half an hour.
Roll out the dough into a ready-made reservoir, put in a greased form, cover with parchment, pour a layer on top of the beans and bake the dough at a temperature of 210 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove the paper and beans and bake the dough for 10 minutes.
Dice the bacon and fry it until golden brown, mix the cream with the milk, eggs, herbs, pepper and salt.
Put the bacon on the base, pour cream mixture and sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
