Cheese cake with pepper and bacon
250 g hard cheese
200 g wheat flour

150 g bacon
150 g butter
125 g sour cream
4 eggs
1 sweet pepper
4 Art. l. chopped parsley
3 Art. l. breadcrumbs

Rub the flour and butter to form crumbs, add 3 tbsp water mixed with salt, knead the dough, remove it in the fridge for half an hour.
Cut into small cubes of cheese and bacon, eggs, whisk sour cream, combine, add the herbs, pepper and salt and mix well.
Roll out the dough, put it in a greased baking tin, make bumpers, sprinkle cake with breadcrumbs and put the stuffing on the dough.
Prepare the cake in the oven for 40 minutes at 220 degrees until golden brown.
