Sour cream cake
Dough:
200 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
200 g sugar
500 g sour cream
300-400 g flour
2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 tsp. soda)
Cream:
500 g sour cream
150 g sugar
50 g poppy
Recipe
Oil to mix with sugar.
Add sour cream, mix well.
Then add flour, baking powder and knead not very steep dough.
Divide the dough into 4-5 pieces, each piece put in a greased (I have a form with a diameter of 26 cm), place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Prepare the cream.
Sour cream mixed with sugar until the disappearance of grains.
Add poppy seeds and mix.
Baked the cake a good cleanser.
Cover the following cake, again apply cream and so on
Put the cake in the fridge for about 6-7 hours.
