Pie "Golden autumn"
400 g cherry without a stone
350 g wheat flour
300 g any berries
180 g butter
16 plums pitted
4 Apple
4 pears
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 the final sponge cake
4 tbsp. heavy cream
3 tbsp. grated hard cheese
1 tbsp. starch
sugar (to taste)
Chop the butter with the flour crumbs, add the egg and grated cheese, knead the dough, put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Put the sponge cake in the form greased.
Cut the apples slices, remove the core, put on cake, sprinkle with sugar, diced plums and pears, combine the berries, starch and sugar, put in the apples, brush with cream.
Roll out the dough, put it on fruit, tightly pressed, cut off the edges of the dough, roll out and shape them into "leaves".
Grease the pie with egg yolk, put on it the plates, again grease the yolk.
Bake cake "Golden autumn" until Golden brown at a temperature of 210 degrees.
