Appetizer "bacon in the test"
200 g wheat flour

100 g butter
To prepare the filling:
300 g bacon
200 g heavy cream
150 g milk
70 g grated hard cheese
6 eggs
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper
salt
Cut the butter into cubes and mix with the flour, add the egg and 2 tbsp. of cold water, knead the dough, chill it for half an hour.
Roll out the dough into the reservoir and put in a greased form. Cover with parchment and top put a layer of beans, bake at a temperature of 210 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove the beans and parchment, and bake the dough for another 10 minutes
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it until Golden brown.
Mix milk, eggs and cream, add the herbs, pepper and salt.
Put the filling on the dough, pour the egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
