Rice snowmen
100 g rice
8 green olives
8 black olives
2 eggs
1 a bunch of parsley
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt
Until ready to boil eggs and rice, allow to cool.
Finely chop eggs and mix with rice and mayonnaise.
Roll out the rice and egg mixture into balls, each to put on the olive.
Strung on 2 balls on toothpicks, make snowmen pieces of pepper, olives, make the pen of sprigs of greenery.
Then rice snowmen are laid out on a platter and served.
