Cheesecakes
100 g Curd;
1 PCs Egg;
1 tbsp. Flour;
1 tbsp. Sour cream 10%
1 tbsp. Butter;
Curd grind in a blender, add the egg and half the flour. The resulting mass to form the cheesecakes (meatballs), roll them in flour and fry in a hot pan with butter until Golden on both sides. Then cover and allow to rise for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
