500 g persimmon

500 g cottage cheese

100 g sour cream

0.5 glass breadcrumbs

0.5 glass wheat flour

1/3 glass refined vegetable oil

2 Art. l. sugar

? h. l. salt

Wipe the curd through a sieve and add the sugar, flour, chopped persimmon (pulp), salt and how to mix things up.

Molded balls of the mix, then breaded them in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown in butter.

Lay on a baking cheesecakes and bake at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.

Post cheesecakes, placing them on a plate in the form of gusenichka by issuing sour cream.
