Jam watermelon with ginger crust
Ingredients:
500 g watermelon rinds
400 g ginger (fresh)
500 g honey
200 ml water
Watermelon rinds, cut with green skin, cut into small pieces. Boil in water, then drain in a colander. When the water is drained, pour the crust with ground ginger, put in a day in a cool place. The next day, rinse the peel in water at room temperature, changing the water several times.
